Where We Began...
Masters Compliance Consulting was founded in 2011 in response to a general lack of knowledge industry-wide regarding Electrical Safety in the Workplace. Greg Hollingsworth, Founder and Director of Training, realized that if employers and employees were trained in the NFPA 70E standard of Safety they were more likely to achieve a higher level of safety on the job site as well as satisfy the Electrical Safety Compliance OSHA requires.
Our passion began with Training and soon developed further with the additions of work place Assessments and Electrical Safety Program Consulting. Providing a safe and compliant workplace based on OSHA and NFPA 70E requirements is a daunting task for many of our clients. Our services provide the tools needed to achieve compliance in a stream-lined and effective way.
Adding the Arc Flash Risk Assessment to what we offer for our clients is an invaluable asset to implementing your fully realized Electrical Safety Program. Conversely, many clients have completed an assessment and don’t know what to do with the information. This is where we step in and help interpret those reports, review existing policy, and edit and update programs to reflect the most current standard.
